Complaint Review: ColonCure

ColonCure I purchased "trial" products online. Cannot reach company reps to cancel auto shipments at $89.31!! per mo. Phone is now disconnected. Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered "trial product" online. Upon completion of order, a confirmation page appears thanking me for the order. By chance -- and only by chance -- I clicked on the "Terms" tab and found out that my 14-day trial period starts on the day you ORDER the trial and that future shipments would automatically be billed at $89.31 per mo every 30 days! They have a clause informing you that you can cancel any future shipments M-F, by calling 1-801-208-7485.

I certainly do not recall seeing the "Terms" tab prior to ordering ... no mention of "terms" whatsoever until credit card info has been completed. Very deceptive practices.

I began trying to call 2 days after placing the order to cancel future shipments. The phone only rang and rang or was busy. Today I received a recording that the call volume was higher than normal and to try back. I tried back 1 hour later and the phone # has been disconnected. Obviously, this is a very suspicious company.

I have reported them to my credit company ... Needless to say, I plan to file against them at every agency who will take my calls and/or emails.

p.s. I have not received the product to date.
