Complaint Review: Colonel Rodney Wayne Symons II

For many years Colonel Rodney Wayne Symons has been cheating on his wife and kids. He is perversive, can lie with coldness and feel nothing he does is wrong. He sincerely believes that all he dishes out, regardless how hurtful should be gotten over and accepted with no fallout from his family or the innocent victims he preys on. Has worked for him this way for years.

Just giving a heads up. He's still working his personal nightmares out, mostly on his prey and his family.

He also frequents victims from sex sites and meets them away from 'his' family's whereabouts. Both swingers and females.
