Complaint Review: Colonex700 - All Natural Colon Cleanse

Colonex 700 product SAMPLE was ordered via internet and was received.
Tried product for 1 week and had absolutely no results AT ALL. On 8/28/07 another shipment (two bottles) were received via USPS. Called the number listed on information sheet that came with product and talked with a male customer serivice rep. I told him no additional bottles of this product was ordered due to the failure of the sample. He informed me he would sent a cancellation notice via email and That I should follow the instructions in the email for a refund. No instructions for refund was included in email, just a cancellation notice and a "thank you" for using the product.

Product is a complete scam. This company or whoever is perpetrating the fraud should be apprehended and made to pay restitution to every customer who was ripped off.

Person or persons need to be punished to the full extent of the law.
