Colonial Alliance Platinum riped me off. I had ordered a platinum card from this company 2-3 months ago over the in-ternet.

The company wanted my bank account number, which i gave them. They took fees from my account and send me a letter asking me to sign the letter and return it to them. The letter stated that for legal purposes they need my siginature, once they had my siginature then i would be receiving my card in 7 days.

Two weeks have gone by now, i still have not received the platinum card, i have not heard from them either.

The company has no phone number or fax number to reach them either. The fees were over 200.00 dollars, which i want back!

I work to hard for my money.

For every online application the customer has every chance to read the terms and conditions before any information is submitted. It clearly stats that the service is a 10,500 credit line for high end electronics such as plasma tv's and computers. Also listed in the terms and conditions are several ways on how to contact the customer service department, Fax number, email address, and the mailing address.

The Customer then willingly provides all the nescessary information to be billed for the service such as, name, address, ssn, routing and acct number to be billed for the service. At any given point they can cancel the service and not be billed. At the end of the application process before the can finish it stats have you read the terms and conditions if the click on yes they then submit the application and agree to be charged for the service.
