Complaint Review: Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company

Colonial Life insurance has represented my company since 1991. They sold cancer, sickness, disability, accident and life polices. We have paid over $150,000.00 in premiums. We have filed only 2 claims. One was a employee that received a liver transplant and was out of work over 6 months. The other was a employee that had his bicept detatch from his arm and was out of work 2 months. They never received one penny. They also never received any writtten corespondence from Colonials main office. As a business we have no choice but going to another company to protect our vauable employees and there loved ones.
