Complaint Review: Colonial Nissan of Medford

I am writing this review because I believe Colonial Nissan of Medford has violated federal law regarding sweepstakes. (Please note, I am not a lawyer and I have only recently gained my knowledge of sweepstakes laws from Google. Do your own homework)  On Saturday, 5/21/2016 I received a flyer from them indicating that I was a guaranteed winner of one of four prizes: $25,000, a 60" tv, an xbox one or an ipad. Upon opening the prize ticket provided, based on the placement of the winning number, I believed I had won the 60" inch tv. Due to my schedule, I could not make it to the dealership until Monday, 5/23/2016. Before going to the dealer, I confirmed that I had won a prize via the phone number provided. However, after arriving at the dealership and enduring a hard sales pitch, I discovered that I, like many others there, had only won 3 gold coins. These golds coins were not indicated anywhere on the flyer as a prize, which I believe is a requirement of the law. 2nd, The process by which it was determined who won what was not clear to me or anyone else there, which I believe is also required by law. Needless to say, this review is not a recommendation and in my opinion, I would advise going to another dealership.
