Had my furniture put in storage found a place to live and reached out to schedule a delivery. Said they would work on it. After not hearing from them for a week called back. Said they would work on it and get back to me. Did this for a total of 3 weeks with me not hearing and having to call them 3-4 times a week. Finally asked for a supervisor and he said they completely screwed up by not actually filling out the appropriate paperwork to get the furniture dispatched. Finally gave me a window for delivery.
I never heard back and 1 day before my delivery window was over I called again and they said they screwed up the paperwork yet again. After 4 weeks of constant calling I still DO NOT HAVE MY FURNITURE and still have no delivery date as to when I will be receiving my stuff. Living in a hotel with 1 weeks worth of clothes and 2 small children under 10. They are holding all of my worldly possession hostage with no delivery date in sight and we are days away from Christmas. Which I would love to spend with my children in our new house.
