Colonial Van Lines Taylor, Angelo, James, Marcus, Tarharia Steal, lie, fraudulent claims, cheat and abuse the elderly Margate, Florida
Do not use this company. They do not pick up on time. They do not deliver when they say they will. They force you to sign their forms for adding more charges in case...they never listen to your complaint but insist in filing forms. They give you undeliverable address to send in complaint. They lost or kept $878.00 worth of our items. They were over24 hours in the pick up contract. That cost us hotel rooms. They offered $90.00in total claims. They broke$1300. Worth of furniture, ripped up couch, broke legs off buffet and desk. Put my wife and I through hell trying to get them to phone you back. I am 82 and she is 76.
Worst experience dealing with a business company we ever had!!!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Please contact the US Senate' Commerce Dept. as they are actively engaged in an investigation of Colonial Van Lines and it's AKA's. Nationwide Relocation Services and Colonial Van Lines are owned by the same person. They are notorious for fraudulent activity. The Senate can be reached at 202-224-1300.

A class action suit needs to be filed against them. There is a $10,000/day fine for movers who hold loads hostage while trying to extort more money from its customers. Now there is restitution for customers as well.

Their website regarding "rogue movers" who put people through hell and try to extort more money from them once all of their belongings are loaded and in their possession. The govt. is well aware of their scam tactics. See Senate Hearing on Sept 19, 2012 regarding these rogue movers: http://commerce.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=Reports&ContentRecord_id=f85f001f-c467-4e2d-82e6-6fa2fc17415c&ContentType_id= 6a6fef64-34f1-4348-b965-ec03a1dcadfe&Group_id=740229f4-1998-4c00-b44a-467d981a7f4c
