Colonmed700 canceled my wife but didnt cancel mind sent me more tried to get refund but told to to web site but no good Glendale California

my wife and myself where not happy with the product and canceled.They canceled my wife but not mine. They then send me more product I dont want it. They sent me to a web site support@colon700 it dont work either just like the product the 1 866 3601477.what can we do?
