After the initial 15 days, my account went to automatic program shipments. On 12/02/08 ColonMed700 billed me $88.97. On 12/11/08 I received 2 bottles of ColonMed700 product. On 12/12/08 I tried to call merchant, could not get through. On 12/13/08 I started a string of emails (to support@colonmed700.com) requesting RMA# as per the terms described above. Merchant refused to provide RMA# for product to be returned and full credit refunded. My last email to merchant stated my intention to see legal remedy and confirmation from BBB that Merchant's business practices were in fact legal. Merchant has offered to refund $34.99 (half) of product charge, but still refuses to provide RMA# for return and full refund. The terms do not state that consumer cannot return prod 'AT ALL', but that is what the merchant is insisting now.

NOTE you will be billed the $88.97 BEFORE the product actually ships to you. The trial period will end before the recommended product cycle is complete. The whole business is rip-off. They get you to try the trial bottle, but will bill you before you can fully test the product. The phone number they provide for cancellation does not work and their email response is slow.

Do not try the ColonMed700 trial Rip-Off!

It does show on my database that you were issued an rma # through the billing dept and is authorized to send the product back for a full refund.Our terms do state that you are charged when your product is shipped.
