 I ordered lipsticks from colored by Pascal back in January 23rd of 2017 it is now February 26th of 2017 I was informed that it would take 12 to 20 business days for delivery it is now past 12 to 20 business days for delivery and I have still not received any of my items had to file a case with PayPal this is a Facebook company promotion
