Warning - 5k Color Fun Fest - colorfunfest5k.com - Jamie Liebert. This is a scam taking advantage of the 5k color fun races that are gaining popularity in the country.
This company takes people's money and cancels races. There is a well documented history of this. As well, he lies about other companies being scams when his is the one doing it.
They do not give money to charities, they do not put on the races they say they will, and there are always people looking for their refunds who can never find anyone to talk to.
The company has been evicted from it's headquarters and continues to put on fake races that never happen scamming thousands out of ticket and registration fees.

We have been in bussiness for four years and have thrown over 100 events around the nation. Out of those events we have only canceled two events, we have reschedule a hand full of events due to weather and safty for our participants and staff. We always offer a 100% refund for canceled events. People get upset because we have a zero refund policy per our contract that every participant signs fully aware of the agreement. We dont have control over weather, its not realistic to refund people when we throw the event completing our end of the contract. We have had over four hundred thousand happy participants, we understand it sucks when we cant have the event the day we want, yes it sucks when we schedule the make up event on a day you cant make it. But we always find a way to throw the event and we always throw an amazing event that familys and people always have a great time!
