Color Right Tools LLC ColorRight Color Right basically STOLE $371.21 from me Johns Creek Georgia
Purchased a $371.21 lighting product (08/2015) despite a huge wait time, the product was not only not as described and of poor quality for the price but it was also defective, as well as a color balancer for $44.98. Despite multiple, multiple attempts to contact the company for resolution via leaving phone messages, emails and a comment on their Facebook page (which was very promptly deleted) they never acknowledged me… the is NO customer service at all.
I had to resort to using PayPal to resolve the situation. After opening 2 disputes for the two products, color Right send me a shipping label to return the goods (11/12/15).
They received the goods (I have shipping conformation dated 12/2/1015) and they refunded only one of the products on 12/16/2015. Of course I was only refunded the $44.98 and never the $371.21. Again multiple, multiple, multiple voice mails and emails to Color Right LLC and all ignored. Paypal says they can only “suggest” that they refund my money. However Color Right does not take paypal any longer and switched to Amazon payments which suggest to me they got bounced off paypal.
