Complaint Review: Colorado Ride The West RV Rental

These guys are scams!  We left our Monaco Cayman there for almost 2 years.  As RV owners thinking that they will make you money and take proper care of your RV -BEWARE!!!!  

They give away miles like they own the rig.  They do not give you notice of you rig going out and when it returns they give you a made up rundown of the rental.  If you are lucky enough to have actually made any money it will take forever to get the check.  Most of the time they send a list of repairs they made (without giving you any notice that these repairs were needed before doing them) and deduct them from the invoice leaving you with no money.

The only repairs that were done, and half ***** at that, were repairs to accident damage.  When we finally had enough of them and their awful communication we pulled our RV out.  And then we saw all the damage left behind.  List:

Storage doors not repaired after accident damage.

Front windshield put in incorrectly and leaked from poor repair after accident damage.

Wall mirror inside ripped off wall and broken.

Quartz gas stove cover broken in 2 and glued together.

Drawer locks broken and replaced with velcro.

Sliding cabin door off track with deep scratch from rubbing as it was off track.

Rear camera LED screen cracked and broken.

We took rig to mechanic who stated the generator oil as well as engine oil were never changed.

Brought rig to them full of diesel and they gave it back empty and handed us $100 to go fill ourselves.

Rear diesel engine cooling fins, on body, bent and broken.

Closet doors out alignment and breaking.

Front door had to opened from the inside only.

And there is much more!!!  They were supposed to take care of our home not ruin it for there financial benefit.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  If you do you will be sorry!!!
