I called about a car to get more information on it since I found it on AutoTrader.com. The salesman, named Martin Rhodes told me the only main problem to the car was the air conditioning not working. I had a trade in that I wanted to do with the deal. He also told me that I didn't need my title in hand and that I could get it mailed out to him later after the trade in/purchase.

I live about 2 hours away in Nevada and the dealership is in Arizona, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't going out there for no reason. I finally get there and he has NO INFORMATION about the car. He has to ask other salesmen about it. We find out that the Air Conditioning actually does work. So he pretty much just made the whole thing up about it not working. We also found out that the speedometer doesnt work, the battery is dead, and a few other things. With all this, he wasn't able to tell me about any of it?? He had all morning to find out and at least start the car.

I finally decide to go ahead and purchase the car and trade in mine. He agreed and told me he convinced his boss that I can get a $1100 check for my trade in after purchasing the car. I said okay and I go into the boss's office and find out that it's actually $1000. The boss was angry about the situation and was not friendly at all with me. He said "NO WAY" to $1100.

I didn't want anymore trouble, so I went ahead and signed everything and discovered that MARTIN RHODES, the salesman lied about it being okay to having the title. I actually need it to finish the deal. So I spent all this time going out there to find out that he's being lying the whole time.

We make a verbal deal that I would come back the following week and I would get my check as I hand over the title.

It's a week later and I wasn't able to get the title soon enough but he had called me to tell me that if I bring in my Lien Release from the bank then I would be okay.

I drive back out there (2hours) and find out that he has to ask 3 people if its okay to use my lien release. Again.... promises that aren't kept. He still continues to lie to just speed up the process without doing anything the right way.

He finally convinces a few supervisors. We do the deal. I have the car, they have my old car. He comes back out of the office and says "hey we messed up"... they don't have my check that was suppose to be waiting for me at their dealership. They had ONE WEEK to get everything prepared for this transaction. Again, another lie.

He then tells me the lady at there main hub has the check in her hand and is delivering it overnight. He said "YOU WILL HAVE IT BY TOMORROW". So, I go home. The next day happens and no check. I then call their main hub and I find out that they don't even have it written out yet. I text message MARTIN RHODES, salesman of the dealership and he never responds. I call his boss to tell him what happen and he doesn't even say SORRY. No apologies and he promised to call me back and doesn't. I had to call back and find out about the check.

The check is finally here but no apologies, tons of lies. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER GREAT DEALERSHIPS, JUST DON'T GO HERE!!! WILEY AUTO GROUP is terrible! I've heard poor things about all of there dealerships.
