A con-artist named TERRY CORNISH got a German import female named GUNDA vom LUCHWEG somehow. Possibly the same way he got my female - by stealing her!! Gunda had puppies about a year ago. Terry sold the puppies for around $2000 each as registerable. Someone who had bought one of the puppies contacted me recently because she saw the warning about Terry on my website.
This woman did not receive the registration papers on the puppy, as promised. So she contacted the AKC who informed her that they have no record of GUNDA. Gunda is not registered in the U.S. and her DNA is not on file with the AKC. According to the AKC rules, puppies from an imported dog cannot be registered until the dog has been registered with the AKC and a DNA sample is on file.
The woman learned that Terry Cornish no longer had possession of this female, that Doug Harrington of Colorado Rottweilers now has GUNDA VOM LUCHWEG at their kennel. I tried several times to contact Doug to inform him that he is in posssession of a dog who is not registered. He did notify me that she is going to deliver a litter of puppies in 4 weeks. I tried to warn him that these puppies will not be registerable with the AKC and that if he sells these puppies as registerable then he could end up with legal problems. He has not responded to me.
So: BUYER BEWARE!!!
