I ordered a computer case from this company that was in stock on 1 Sep 02. They billed my credit card on the 3 of Sep. On the 9 of Sep I contacted them to find out the shipping status through their web site and the following is what transpired:

18096 9/12/2002 17:40 David Hello, I like your companies products, but I'm not happy with the shipping delay. My order was on the 1 Sep and 11 days later no one can tell me the shipping status. This is unacceptable and compensation is in order such as upgraded shipping to FEDEX at the companies expense. If I do not get some satisfactory response by 13 Sep I will have my credit card company cancell payment on the order and refuse the order if it does turn up. I will also warn other consumers about my experience with COLORCASES.com.
I hope we can resolve this issue to both of our satisfaction.

This is the worse experience I've had purchasing items through the internet and just want people to be aware if they order stuff from this company they may be in for a long wait. I also think companies shouldn't bill your credit card until they ship the product.
