This is my last attempt to get the merchandise you debited to my credit card and failed to deliver or inform me of it's status. From this point I will make it a personal mission as a businessman to inform the public, both general and web based of your sleazy practices in business. And to do my very best to see to it that your business is shut down and sued for your practices. It was only a $20 purchase which I can afford to lose; but now it's become a matter of principle.

Company finally answered my complaint and sent merchandise. Company said it had some difficulties and apologized for overlooking my request for my merchandise. All is well now.
