colorful impressions took payment -- only shipped half of order, Internet
i ordered window clings from colorful impressions in july after a long wait june the owner shipped 1/2 of the order the order is paid in full there were numerous e-mails but still order unfulfilled in nov i contacted bbb they got in touch with june she made promises she did not keep i still don't have balance of order
