I am a professional photographer with an inhome studio that is fully equipped with strobes and such. I was looking for a lighting system to take out in the field with me. This seemed to be the answer.

I heard about the 3X Lumenator Max Pak ($272.85) on (pre order) and an accessory kit ($44.98). I  ordered both of these products on Feb 10, 2016. They stated pls allow UP to 6 weeks for delivery. IT HAS NOW BEEN 13 WEEKS. NO product(s) yet. with $317.18 debited from my account within minutes of placing my order back on Feb. 10. 

I have written at least 10 emails. The first 5 being about inquiry and when did they think Id get my products, etc etc. They seriously just 'bought time'. At one point they even said we are mailing out today and Also WENT AS FAR AS TO INCLUDE A TRACKING NO. for package.  The email I received with the tracking number, on APRIL 26th, stated that 'it shipped out on the 27th!  (It was only the 26th). At this point I had requested a refund for the entire amount 5 different times. I did get one reply saying that "parts were coming in tomorrow and they would mail them out that same day.  If they did no come they would issue me a refund". THIS IS THE ONLY REPLY OUT OF 10 emails written that I got regarding acknowlegement of me wanting a refund. I told them If pkg arrived I would be writing 'RETURN TO SENDER' without opening it and would deliver it to the post office immediately. 

This Co. has NO phone number. This co. has so many of the exact same complaint recorded online, I can hardly believe they are still in business! WHO WILL STOP THEM? How do I get my $$ back?!? I have 2 kids an in college who I work night and day for.  Who does this to someone!?!?! 

ITS BEEN 13 WEEKS!! No email replys, No delivery of product, No refund...We need to get a lawsuit going.
