Colton Enterprises/Industries Refused to process a refund Dallas Texas
In May I ordered a bicycle on line from Colton Enterprises. His online site contains a submit button. I backed up the screens to select a color and his site processed that I wanted to buy two bicycles when I only wanted one bicycle. I called and he said he would check his records and process the refund.
I next recieve an email from him asking if I am "wired" to my selection or would I be interested in a substitute bicycle because he is out of stock of the one I chose. I would have accepted another women's bike but I do not want a mans' bicycle and he informed me in another email that he had shipped me a mans bike.
I informed him that I did not want a mans bike and that I would refuse shipment. I did refuse the shipment based upon his email that I was not recieving the product I ordered.
He next email was that he needed my credit card number so he could process the credit and from my experience the business has all the information to process and I do not understand why he would need this info.
Ultimately my credit card was charged for two bicycles when I only wanted one and he has yet to process any kind of refund. My credit card informs me that I only had 60 days to file a dispute and now I seem to have no avenue to retrieve my money.
