We went to a rv show in january of this year and purchased a coachman clipper popup camper.We picked up the camper in the spring .  The first time out the electronic lift did not go up all the way.  We called colton rv for service, and told them we were at the campgrounds and had a problem.      They told us being  the beginning of a holiday weekend they could do nothing for us.  We would have to wait until after the hoilday.  It took 2 men to physical lift the top of our camper so we could get the door on.  After the holiday we called colton back and they told us , we would here from there service department.  They never called us back even after 2 more phone calls to them.   We then went camping over the 4 of July with the same problem, and we were told tough luck.They would not send anyone out because it was a hoilday.We asked  the service department on how we could manual get our camper up. Someone finally told us how do do it.  He also said by doing this we should have reset the lift.  We just came back from our 3 camping trip with the same problem.We finally got to some in the service department who said it was under warranty.  We said we would like to bring it in for service, they told us maybe the middle of october they could get us in.   I then called coachman clipper and to complain about the service and was told tough.  Deal with colton or manually crank our camper up  everytime we use it.We paid $14000 for a camper that is junk.  I will never by another coachman clipper or deal with colton rv again.
