WARNING!! I joined with a visa check card. The first time I went online and cancelled my "Directors Selection" they sent it to me anyways.I tried desparately to remedy the situation but could find no phone number on any bill to contact any living person.

I sent the DVD back within the the ten day period and they charged me a second time for the same DVD I had just sent back to them!!!

This cost me a LOT of money in bounced check charges because I was not expecting to get charged 75$ for "Minority Report"

THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR BILL THAT WILL DELIVER YOU TO A COUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!!

BEWARE!! I HAVE SINCE HAD TO CANCEL MY CHECK CARD BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP THEM FROM TAKING YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE YOU JOIN EXCEPT CANCELING YOUR CARD!!
