Complaint Review: Columbia House Canada

To all you folks who have experience the dishonesty of this company, I encourage to follow this procedure which will streghten your case in the fight against the web crooks of today.

Step 1:
Firstly you must write to the company (in this case Columbia House and I have the manager's name) adding as much detail as possible, make sure you have contacted them at least twice and made note of the dates and the person you talked to you.

Step 2:
Write a letter and send it registered mail to the attention of the manager of the company outling all the details and giving them a deadline (4 weeks) to respond to your letter in writting.

Step3:
If no response from step 2, then write to the following:

Be sure to keep track of all your correspondence to submit with your form whcih you will find online at, www.ontario.ca/consumerprotection
look on the RHS under Hot Topics, Your Consumer Protection Toolbox and then find your form and fill it out.
