I recently signed up for a membership with this company online. I recieved my intro shipment with no problems, my next order from the company was for a set of the Waltons 4th Edition on DVD. The company shipped a sealed set. When I opened them there were 5 DVD's to the set, there were 2 of the same DVD in the set and one DVD was completely missing. So I contacted them explaining the situation. They offered to send out a new shipment for the same item and a return lable so that I could send the first set back. They did this, although it took forever to get the lable, when the second set arrived at my door, I opened it and the same thing was wrong with it! It was missing 1 DVD and there were 2 Exact Duplicates inside. I contacted them again, requesting another mailing lable. They sent it out and when it arrived I shipped both sets back. They credited my account and 2 weeks later I got a bill in the mail for a little over $24.00 for returning the items! That was outrageous! They told me that I would be shipping them back at their expense and then they turn around and bill me for something that was their fault to begin with! There DVD's are no count! They are a Big Ripoff! Customer Service is very, very poor.
