Complaint Review: Columbia House DVD Club

I paid for my introductory DVD offer by a mastercard in one payment of $24.22 then a few days later they decided to help themselves to my money again this time by 3 amounts equaling $24.22 - They have no way to contact a human, oh gee I wonder why. I know someone else they did this too as well. How can these people to rip people off and continue to get away with it ? Now I have to spend my time getting my money back from this company
