columbia house is a big ripoff. i have been billed 2 times for the same dvds. that i did not recived,for my joining the club.
i have only recived collection notices with late charges.
i have tryed to reach columbia house by phone & e-mail ,over & over, i have still not talked to a person. my credit has been sent to collection
