Complaint Review: Columbia House Dvd Club

i had joined the columia house dvd club and i did receive my selections, but now since i received a bill for $43.87
i made a payment with a money order for the exact amount
columbia house has refused to send my current selections and columbia house keeps sendingme bills saying i have made no such payment, with which i have receipts on the payment i have made.
I have also tried emailing columbia house, and also calling but they refused to talk to me.
