cI recently joined the club and when they send you your membership package, they enclose a form for you to fill out and return by a specific date. The purpose of the form is to opt out of having automatic shipments, and they claim that if you send it in by the deadline, you will not receive these shipments, nor be automatically billed for them.

The day I received my package, I returned the card, assuming they were really not going to send me anything unless I placed an order.

Today, I went online to check my bank statement and noticed that they had been billed me $34.00. I found a customer service email address and sent an an email to inquire about the charges, and instead of having a representative return my email, they sent me the same sheet of FAQ's that I just finished reading on the website. For the last two hours, I have been surfing the web looking for a way to contact them to get my questions answered.

Still, no luck. There was a phone number on my bank statement to call and when I called my account number was requested. When I entered it, it said to hold for a representative, but after 30 seconds it said it was unable to make a connection and hung up. As if that wasn't bad enough, the number was long distance, so on top of them taking money I didn't authorize, I am being charged to call and dispute the original charges.
Please think twice before joining this service. Maybe try BMG?

UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT MY CURRENT PC OF WHICH I JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED DOES NOT PLAY DVD'S AFTER ALL. INSTEAD, I REMITTED THE FULL AMOUNT OF $21.65 FOR CD'S INSTEAD.
