Complaint Review: Columbia Insurance Group

April 25 08 water line broke in my business causing aprx 30.000 dollars in damages to my building and aprx 32.000 in damaged personal property. The insurance company sent an adjuster to work the claim whom i believe did not do a proper job this is in a period of 21 days with a adjust ment in his writen paid claim of 10.800 it is now august 28 08 and there is still no resolvement even though we have had a euo. this is possibly going to put out of business . The insurance adjuster wanted me to remove the glue down carpet and let it dry and reglue it back and also reinstall ul certified fixtures for dry location only that had been wet and shorting out a fire hazard what have i paid for for the past year.
