Columbia Park Apts/ Wagner Management RIP OFF SCAM! Poor conditions and unsafe for children. Poor condtions of carpets,paint,moldy blinds me to pay for. This place is scam artist Micheal Wagner is never there so Cora normally answers the phone .Ricardo is rude and the head maintence person to fix things but they never fixed anything.I was living in poor conditions of leaky toliet, Moldy blinds and door ways, Stained carpets . Please don't not go to this place .I rented this place for a couple years things needed to be cleaned and everything plus, they didn't give me a contract and promised my self that the carpet would be cleaned and everything and few years went by and nothing was done. Maintence is also a problem not ever getting anything done and even if you want to the head person who owns the bldg he is never there.
The corporate office is very rude people and now since I have moved there since the conditons were too much and mold everywhere and someone broke into my apartment and they did nothing about it. Also is very unsafe place to live people trespass there all the time and a random shooting nest to where we lived too ! Please people do you research on pleaces you want to rent this place is so old and thin walls you can hear anything! I also have pics and statements of this place.
