From all the complaints about this company it's pretty obvious they're a bunch of friggin' scam artists. They are not sending out any rebate checks for people who bought walkie-talkie radios. After not receiving my rebate I sent them email about 10 times to their email address, no response. Then I started calling. The phone is always busy or an answering machine comes on saying the mailbox is full. Has anyone been able to contact these cheating fools? If so how can I claim my rebate?
In any case, NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT FRY'S until these morons fix the problem.
