Complaint Review: Columbia Telecommunications - Fry's Electronics

In August 2003, my father and I bought a pair of Columbia Telecomunications 2 way radios from Fry's Electronics and claimed the $25 rebate they offered. Until this date, we have not recieved any rebates. We called the 800# that is on the rebate form, sent emails, and no response. The 800# is busy 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. I then thought something is wrong here. So I started to do some research on this company and found your website with others complaining about the same company and the rebate. So after reading all the complaints one of them had a valid main office phone # (631)501-5000. I called and got through and asked for the rebate department. I spoke to a nice lady who got all my info, looked it up and returned saying that my check will be in this Thursdays batch. My father did the same and was told his check will be in this Wednesdays batch. Now we will wait and see. I will be updating you on this if I recieve anything or if I don't.
