Columbia Telecommunications Group ripoff Failure to honor rebates phone calls or e-mails Farmingdale New York
I ordered two FRS-22 radios and submitted both rebates for a total of $50 worth of rebates. They did not send the rebates. I have called over 50 times and once was able to speak with a person who said my rebates would be mailed in two weeks.
I have been waiting several months since that time. I have e-mailed repeatedly and have tried many many more times to call them. Their one line is always busy. I have filed a BBB compaint and have heard nothing yet.
