We purchased two childrens PDA's for Christmas from Winn-Dixie. They each had a 15.00 Rebate. We finally called to inquire about the rebates at the end of March and after being hung up on twice the lady who answered the phone all three times said we did have all the necessary information and paperwork filled out correctly and we would receive our rebates in 3-5 business days. We did receive the rebates and deposited them.

In mid-April we got a notice from our bank stating the amount for each rebate was withdrawn due to no funds and an additional 7.50 per check was charged us due to them writing bad refund checks.

There are several complaints about this company. Do they not have a class action suit against them by now?
