Sent rebate form 9/04/03. Called about rebate 3/4/04 and promised prompt mailing. Given reference # 60430. Called 800-889-7434 but only get tape recording. Original seller, Outpost.com, admits existence of problem, but demands copies of bar code from package. Bottom line is a rip off.
