In Nov 06 I ret'd my ring for repair becasuse some stones had fallen out. I didn't rec verification till Dec 06.

I have sent numerous e-mails to Heather Hughes, Sarah Restepo & Jason Sawyers. First they said they had problems with the company. Then the next excuse was that they couldn't find it and that they would reorder a new one.

Then about a week and a half ago they said that it was in customs and should be processed shortly. This has been going on for almost 5 month's and still do not have my ring.

They also said they would refund the shipping costs.

What can I do to resolve this?
