"In the best interest of the child" is a foreign concept to this court! A child who is being molested by her father and has been documented by Drs., a therapist, a police officer and CPS caseworker, has been ordered to have unsupervised and overnight visitations with her molester. The same molester who is facing criminal charges for this very crime! For some reason, whether is be paying off political favors, incompentence or plain ignorance, this judge chooses to order the mother of the child to serve the child up on a silver platter to the very person who is sexually abusing her. How is that "in the best interest of the child"??

We thought we were an isolated case until we began investigating and find that the ruling in this case is not the only one of its type. This judge also routinely sentences accused child molesters to probation only sentences with no jail time. This man must be stopped and removed from any position of power over children whom he has no problem putting in harm's way. Feel free to contact his office and let him know what you think of his actions!

Stories like this make me sick.

This is what Liberalism is. And now that you have experienced Liberalism, what do you think??

There was a case where a Doctor lost custody of his kids to his ex-wife. He is a great doctor, loved by the community, adored his children, and loved his wife. Well, she was addicted to all kinds of drugs, cheated on him routinely, spent his money like a drunken sailor on shore leave and had no job at all. Of course, SHE got sole custody of the children during the divorce. Nice, huh?

Again, more Liberalism.

Call Bill O'Reilly from Fox News Channel. He does stories on judges who hand down pathetically light sentences for serious crimes. Maybe putting this judge's face all over the national news would put some heat on him to re-think his scrawny sentences.
