Complaint Review: Com Data Corporation - aka Computerized Data Corporation

Hello:

My name is Tasara L. Morton and I am the owner of Computerized Data Corporation. I am very aware of the complaints that have been said against our company! We opened up our training site only a few months ago and were praised for our efforts to put an end to companies who scam others out of their time and money. We had a position that was for free where thousands have applied for, where they would receive several legal add typing assignments and were paid per response. Our company was running fine up until a month or so ago when we relocated to another start to get prepared for our new business center in another state. When we reached Pittsburgh everything was going as planned until we uploaded a new payroll software onto our computer, which destroyed our system, we could not update any of our information or send out any software packages in this time period. We ordered a new system, and when we received it, it was not what we had ordered. So we contacted the distributor that we purchased it from and they explained to us what we should do next. Well a week later we received a letter apologizing about the mix up and that we could keep the product that was shipped and we would be refunded. We then had to order a new system again which is just arriving only a few days ago. In this time from our system being down, and having to order all new software, we could not pay the few employees their paychecks, as we also stopped accepting applications at this time. All applicants that have been with us from the beginning were paid on a weekly basis which we have the contacts as to who these employees are, how much they were paid how much they were paid in bonuses, and more for proof. Before our system went down our company was one of the most legitimate typing companies on the net that charged no fees for United States Residents at all. We also have proof, when I made an honest mistake and withdrew funds from the company account rather than my personal account since the banking cards were of the same color, and two of our loyal employees received a bank fee for an insufficient fund when they went to cash her check. On that same day I payed one of them by paypal for the amount that her check was, for along with that her bank had charged her. This I also have proof of. We have proof, of everything, and we have not scammed anyone, their are a few applicants that are listed on the pay status that have not been paid as of yet, some checks are for $5.00, some for $9.00 and most on the average of only $22.00. What ever amount it is these employees all worked hard for this amount and we would not stick anyone. One employee in particular Shirley Em Id # SM166 who has filed this report has the total amount due to her of: $130.00 total which she has just received $50.00 of her payment already. And more to come. All applicants who have recruited for the typing assistant position we are no longer accepting applications. As when our new system and software were to arrive we were going to have all new assignments for everyone. This message was left on our company response email.

15 applicants already wrote in to start our new program and be listed under our new policy when everything was back on track , which is what I wanted. However I know that everyone has been scammed so many times and we would receive so many letters and emails thanking us for doing what we were. C. D. C ' s motto was always to help and not hurt, give and not take, and the last but not least, to forgive and forget. I am a Christian woman, and yes I do have God Bless all over my web site, and I mean it. I should not be labeled as a con artist or a scammer , because our entire system was down and we were doing everything in our powere to fix these problems.. I Tasara L. Morton had big dreams for this company and still do . I wish all employees in any matter to find out what is wrong before jumping to conclusions and to be understanding and think the best ane not always the worst. All employees that are listed on the pay status will be paid. And since we have not accepted any application in over 2 months. No new pay status will be updated. Their is roughly only (estimating) around $500.00 to be paid out to our employees and we will be paying by Money Orders instead of checks, just so their is no banking problems ever again. We are paying our employees off that have the most coming to them, first and then the others shortly after. Which should not take long to do. And to any applicant or employee that has started on our assignments a while ago and you are now just noticing that we are no-longer hiring. We apologize for this matter for the time wasted . All who have purchased the software program from us along with any Intl. applicant that has applied for our job as a Home Based Typing Assistant you will receive the software training information shortly as well as those who have purchased this information. Once again I have proof of all everything. The day we started, the day our system shut down, the day we purchased a new system, the days we sent out paychecks, by check and by paypal and anything thing else. Anything that anyone wishes to say about us scamming anyone, or being non-legitimate , it is untrue. These are the facts, and we can back them up 100%. Their was an update from a man who did some research on me.

5233 Butler street apt # 2 was a place that I lived at years ago, which was my very first apartment in 1999.And we do not have a company with the name AZ Amusement, as well as the phone numbers that you had listed are not affiliated with us. Write old address, just wrong contact info.

We do not constantly move around, we informed all employees of this change a month ahead of time, it may have seemed short to you Shirley, however you were only with us for a month or so, and we were in Michigan for a while, you just joined us when we were due to make this transfer to only better the company.

We apologize to all about any in-convince, and delays in their pay. Some things happen that we have no control over. We don't live in a perfect world! YET !!!! So this is just a letter from the still proud owner of Computerized Data Corporation, that I worked really hard to build, on my own, any anyone, employee, friend ,family member or anyone who just knew the real me and what I was trying to do would tell you.

This is my own update.

And I speak the truth and nothing but the truth! So Help Us GOD!!!

I am now undecided if I will allow these past few weeks, destroy my company , or if I will just close down the programs that we have running and allow hundreds to loose their jobs, or wait and just see what happens.
