My District Manager, Pete Vasilakos, and I, Debbi K. Lent, of Ohio also spent many years with Combined. I wholeheartedly agree with "Current" in Iowa and with Kimberly from Torrance, CA. All of their complaints are entirely correct.

But, we are the group that was fired en masse because Fred Pruhomme, Richard Ravin's "guy" refused to pay my bonus in 1998 when he allowed all other bonuses in the U.S. In 1985, Mr. Prudhomme invited me up to his room at a regional meeting and I refused. After refusing to speak to me about my bonus (which had been approved by Wick Thurber), I sent Fred a fax which talked about the sexual issue and the AON Corporation building got copies and Richard wanted me fired. Pete Vasilakos refused.

The most important thing for you all to know is that Richard has friends in high places and most of you are breaking federal laws by keeping people on report after they have left the company. We now face time in Federal Prison and this is ONLY because we did what we were told and had "Ghost Agents." You do not personally have to keep the people; all you have to do is know about it and you are part "of a conspiracy" and all this was admitted in Federal Court in Columbus, Ohio. So, even as an agent, a sales manager, a territory manager, a sub-regional manager, a regional manager, or a RSA, you would be considered guilty.

Good luck (and, if you are looking, Family Heritage is a wonderful company to work for with much higher earning potential and really ethical people).
