Every month i get my bill its billed for a month in advance for service i did not even render yet. I dont see how they can bill for a month ahead on your bill. You call them and you get a person that tries to make you fell stupid when you try and call and talk to them bout your bill.

I wish i could change cable companys but comcast has my area locked up. So the only think i can get is dish and i dont like dish so im stuck with comcast. they should not have a hold on the market like they do i should be able to get what ever cable company i want. If you can avoid getting comcast i suggest you do i would not recomed them to my dog.
