Comcast Cable ripoff monopoly lazy noncompliant Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Comcast Cable and the comcast sports channel are the same compnay. If you live in my area, you can not watch local sports on Comcast sports network unless you pay for Comcast cable. If you get satelite or other types of cable, comcast blocks out the channel on local sport days. They are monopolizing the area and the price is outragous.
Waiting for repairs may cost a consumer up to three days of vacation time from work.

And yes Comcast cable and Comcast sports are one in the same, also true is that since Comcast owns that channel they are not required to sell that channel to their competition, just like a certain dish company will not let cable operators carry the NFL package. And if you are wanting to see a pro sports game live on TV within 50 miles of your home and you are not able to watch it that is what is called a black out and that means that the team that is playing didn't sell enough tickets for them to air the game to people within 50 miles of the stadium they are in. There is no monopoly, because there are other choices for TV, internet and phone in your area, as for the price it is priced competitively with the other services that are offered by the competition. Hope that this may have helped you out.
