COMCAST CITY OF NORTHGLENN ( FRANCHISE ) this system never works properly. If you call them, you will be told that a technician has to come out to ck it out. They will re-set your modem over the telephone, but this is a bundle service. techi northglenn, Colorado

O.K., ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THIS BUNDLE COMPANY, HAS BEEN OUT TO THE APARTMENT, 11801 WASHINGTON ST. #212B NORTHGLENN, CO., CO. 80233 TO REPAIR THE INTERNET. THE NEW INVOICE IS OVE $280.00 FOR TWO MONTHS WITH NO CREDIT TO SPEAK OF FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF PEOPLE COMING IN-AND-OUT.


A COLLECTOR CALLED YESTERDAY TO ASK FOR PAYMENT. JERRY DUGGAN, WHO IS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, HANDED THE TELEPHONE TO ME. THE GIRL ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE ASKED ME IF I WANTED HER TO RE-SET THE MODEM. I SAID, WHAT GOOD WOULD IT DO? IT IS EVERY WEEK. I THINK THIS IS JUST A FORM OF IDENTIFY THIEVES.
WHEN THE TECHNICIANS COME OUT, THEY HAVE THIS HAND-HELD DEVICE THAT CAPTURES ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION.
