Comcast - Comcast Cable company continues to bill even after all equipment has been returned and services are not being received. Internet, Florida
comcast cable bills in advance so you always receive a double bill the billing is complicated to understand and it is too difficult to even deal with I decided that the cable services were too expensive and decided to downgrade, comcast refused to disconnesct my services so, I returned all my equipment and there still billing me just as if i havent returned anything. When I call to try to resolve this issue they tell me account is frozen and they cant take off the additional charges unless I make a payment which I refuse to do because i dispute the majority of charges on the bill.
Even though i have no services I just got a bill yesterday ? they wont close the account but will continue to bill it ??? They tell me the account is supposed to be frozen to take off the charges yet, still manage to add new charges to this so called- frozen account???? hmmm go figure.. definetly a rip-off company!!!

Comcast definitely knows how to rip off the consumer. I live in an apartment, and I've had the displeasure of having Comcast for 4 of those years. I used to have Time Warner, but Comcast took over that company. I've watched my rates increase for basic cable; my bill is $75.00 for just basic cable!! No HD, no premium channels, nothing. Unfortunately, Comcast is the only cable provider in the area where I live, and the manager of this complex has banned all satellite receivers. It's next to impossible to get reception in an apartment building with just regular TV... I've tried.
