comcast is ripping off customers in the way of fraud, you go and get your internet hooked up by a tech then all of a sudden when they leave it doesnt work you are passed around on the phone for hours and then after being so frutrated since they make it like they are helping you they tell you need to pay to have it fixed out of frustration most cusomters PAY when its comcast fault since they did it on purpose and disconnected you.

Also if you have a router mailed to you instead of getting free tech support to hook it up YOU MUST PAY to get it going. even though you are already paying for interent they Charge you to get it working.. how rediculous is that!!!
and your doing all the work while a tech over the phone tells you what to do.. thousands of people are being strong armed for monies they should not be paying. comcast and support.com who handles the tech calls is also selling customers supscriptions that they dont even need when you call for help with your pc or interent service alot of stuff like anti virus software is free online as well as pc tune up software.  And if you want a refund you better be the one to bring it up because they wont offer it to you.. their policy is no speak no tell the customer.  Also people are being charged late fees even if they made most of their payment I dont recall ever signing a contract stating they could do this do YOU? After
all its not a LOAN and if you paid them something how can they charge a late fee.
