Complaint Review: COMCAST

Comcast UPS Box return scam.. and COMCAST Office Return Scam.

Comcast customer service will offer UPS Boxes to ship your cable equipment back to them.

They will also tell you to return your equipment to local Offices and no drivers exist.

BOTH of these ways ARE SCAMS. in themselves..

The UPS boxes are shipped at the slowest shipping rate possible both ways.

It can take up to 4 weeks for your equipment to arrive back to them. It is usually shipped off to an entirely different state to help delay this. YOU are also billed for the boxes.

Plus equipment sits on the dock for more weeks.

You can still be billed in this time for the equipment not being returned.

It is not returned locally..

They will bill you for this service of sending you the boxes and shipping them.

You think returning it to the COMCAST office is safer and quicker then?? WRONG!!!!

DONT RETURN COMCAST EQUIPMENT TO their OFFICES!!!

Comcast has divisions & contracted drivers that do nothing but pick up equipment in every state!!! 

DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU and SCAM YOU saying they dont.

They will deny endlessly they dont.  IT IS A SCAM ITSELF.

They dont have to pay their employees unless the employee recovers the equipment.

IF you take it in to an office. You have fallen for their scam of not paying their employees.

Plus screwed yourself.

The Employees will give you a receipt. They need the proof they picked it up to get paid

too. They will have ID. Plus you just have their fingerprints.

When you take your Comcast Equipment in it or ship it in. You are scamming someone out of their job.

COMCAST IS LOVING IT..

If you want to screw Comcast. Let the people they hired pick it up! THEY WILL BE OUT FOR IT

AS LONG AS THEY KNOW YOUR ADDRESS OR NEW ADDRESS of where to pick it up.
