Complaint Review: COMCAST

COMCAST Comcast/Xfinity is the worse. They are very inconsistent, they do not keep their customer service infomed. I cancelled my services almost two months ago. Every time I call about my refund (5 times) they tell me that my account has not been closed out. I could go on and on and on. They are the worse. I can't fully blame customer service. I blame the people who are suppose to train them and whoever the executives are that are suppose to be kept up on these things. Nationwide

I have had comcast for several years.  Never ever ever again..Not only have I had to wait on hold for two -three hours at a time and then disconnected and have to start over.  This has happened many times.  And God forbid they call you back.      I could go on and on.  I can't understand how companies like this get away with poor customer service.  Acutally that really isn't fair.  Its the executive that fail to train them properly.  My latested example.......canceled my service because of poor servece and billing changes.   Since beginning of September when canceled i have Called them five times to inform them that I am still waiting for my refund check.  And five times they have told me I have not recieved it because my account is not closed out.  Why i ask?????They don't know but they will make sure it is closed out should have refund within 2 weeks.   Called today got the same story.  Now I have to wait 4 weeks.    I can't understand how they get away with it.  NEVER NEVER EVER COMCAST AGAIN.
