Comcast Digital Cable Ripoff over charging for channels we don't recieve Nationwide

When the cable man came by our apartment we thought it sounded like a great deal. $29.95 a month for basic cable and all the movie channels, with the option of pay-per view, sounded like a great deal. well what they failed to tell us was that it was just $29.95 for the first month, after that it 62.00, and that was after I had all the movie channels and the option of pay-per view taken off.

Everything was fine until one day I get a cable bill for $127.83! $40.00 dollars of that was porno movies, no one can even order pay-per view, unless they have my secret pass code, and my social security# I can't even remember what the pass code was. they are also trying to still charge me for the movie channels that i had taken off, and don't even recieve anymore.

And to top it all off, we are paying for the three unit package where you get cable in three different rooms of your house. Well guess what we only get service in one room, and when I call about it, they always tell me that someone will be out shortly, and it has been three months of everyday phone calls and no service.

so for an average of 63.00 a month I get over charged made to look like a pervert(these were not your regular porno movies!) and absolutely no service. So anyone wanting more channels, go with satelite, its cheeper and alot less stressful.
