I had an appointment with a window between 2-4 pm on 10-29-10.  I was home at my apartment from 1:45 to 6:00.  I called Comcast at 3:58 and they confirmed the appointment and said the Tech had been at my place and nobody was home.Pure lye!!!!!!  The tech blew off a Friday afternoon and said I wasn't at home.  I took the afternoon off to meet Comcast's schedule.  I spoke with a supervisor and he said there is nothing he could do as I wasn't home and the soonest he could send out another person would be 10-31-10.  The supervisor admitted this happens a lot, however he couldn't help but to offer another time and a $20.00 discount.
