I had been watting so long for my rebate (4 months). And when I called customer service to ask about it and they state that they already send the checks, and they did not know why I did not receive it. And they also state that they are unable to reissue the other checks because I did not report to them during their timeframe.(90 days). In other word, I lost my rebate money.

Did you buy the modem from the comcast office? Or did you get it at a retail store with a free self install kit for the highspeed internet? The reason I ask is if you bought the modem from a retailer and not from Comcast specifically then comcast would not be responsable for the rebate, the retailer would. But one thing that I cannot understand is, you say that you paid $69.95 for the modem out right, And that you are supposed to get $75 Cash Back?.... How does that work? The only deals that I have heard of for purchasing your own modem is buy it for $75 and get a $70 dollar rebate back. Personally I would have it installed by comcast and just rent the modem that way if anything ever goes wrong with the wiring or the modem you will not have to pay the service charge to fix or replace the modem or wiring.
